Hi Sashoto,

Thank you for your reply.

To begin with, I'm not sure how to take a screenshot, and I think I would have to send it as an attachment....no?

This is my suggestion: Go to mail, then click "New Message". Click attachment and take a look at your "Browse" dialog box and the "ATTACHMENT" box below it. In my situation the browse box is cut in half by the box below, so that half the words in the "Browse" line are crowded by the Attachment box below..

Thanks for your time,

Ark

If I am understanding your situation correctly, then you have to resize your Browse dialog box. You can take your mouse pointer at the edge of your Browse, then you can see that your mouse pointer will be changed to an arrow. Click and drag the edge of your Browse to resize it. I have attached a screenshot.

But if it's not the problem, can you tell me the name of your email provider? (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo etc.)

You posted in the Firefox support fora queue. Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail" such as Yahoo!Mail or Gmail. You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Thunderbird, let us know and we can move this thread to the Thunderbird support queue.

Hi Ed,

Thank you for getting back to me.

I think you nailed it Ed. I use Optimum On-line for my email. I'll give them a call and see if they can help me out.

Thanks again.
