My computer freezes for anywhere between 30 seconds to a minute or two when I close the Mozilla Firefox browser after having it open for a longer period of time. The mouse will not move and clicking does nothing. I don't normally have any other programs running, because usually I close out of everything else first and internet last. My Firefox is up to date as is my Windows 10. I'm really not sure what's causing the problem.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Open a page or two, then close the browser.

Is the problem still there?
