Thumbnail window in web application needs to be longer

In WIndows 10, we have a web based application which displays a thumbnail window on the left which is too small and must be scrolled. We would like a longer thumbnail window to enable as many pages as possible to display without scrolling. This is Firefox 49.,0.1 as well as 48.0.
