Is means a connection to ************ is not working.
Now with a server name we might stand a chance. As it is your asking me to tell you if you are deaf. I can not begin to guess without information.

I keep getting the same error message "connection to server at aol.com has timed out" BUT I'm still getting my emails as in the past, and it even logs back in while I'm reviewing my inbox and picks up new emails as before. Since it appears to be working, I just disregard the pop-up, but if there's a setting to fix it so it's happy, I'd appreciate knowing what to do.
Thanks, chas Pearson
Sorry, I should have added the info you requested above: Haven't tried SAFE mode since it appears to be working Use ESET NOD32 antivirus and ZoneAlarmPro firewall, latest versions each aol I'll wait till it pops up again and send that when I can Have continuously updated TB when new releases are available, but this has been happening for over 6 months now, probably thru 2 or 3 version updates
Can't copy/paste graphic in here, so this is the error pop-up: Title on it in blue text is "Troubleshooting-guide" Text is: "Connection to server chaspear@aol.com timed out." This pop-up shows up at the bottom right of my screen, stays there for maybe 5 minutes, then is gone...but TB still seems to bring in my new mails to my inbox regardless of what this is saying. Is there any easy fix for this annoying message?
Thanks, Chas Pearson
