DL FF, reset FF, still pause then work over and over

FF starts ok, works, but then freezes for 30 seconds, then works again, over and over, did a new DL, refresh, still pauses, running Windows 10 other app work ok how to fix, please.

What's your Firefox version?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
