printing in upper left corner
when printing a page, the printing of the entire page only displays in the upper left corner. The entire page contents is there, it just prints all of it in the upper left corner.
this is a new problem.
tried with Chrome, works just fine so i know it is not my printer settings. Also performed steps suggested in your help section. nothing works.
fyi. If i save a page as a .pdf, it prints the entire page correctly on a full page of paper, NOT in the upper left corner.

Hi, with out knowing what support pages you looked at as you did not provide the URL's I have no idea what you looked at. So will give you this to check out and hope it is not one you have seen : http://kb.mozillazine.org/Problems_printing_web_pages
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

running win10 home, firefox 58.0.2 (64 bit)
Brother printer drivers/sw uninstalled/reinstalled at least 2x.
dell inspiron 580, intel core i3 cpu 550 @320 ghz, 6 gb ram, 64 bit os
prints fine on Chrome.
What are the current printing settings, especially for the scale?
Did you try other scale settings in case "shrink to fit" isn't working?
Special about:config tip for Brother printers
In a couple threads involving printouts that used a small portion of the page, the preference printer_printer_name.print_paper_data was set to 256. Resetting that value to default did not work, but when the user edited it to 1 that fixed the paper size problem. If you use a Brother printer and see something other than 1 there, you can edit the value by doubling-clicking it or using right-click>Modify to see whether 1 is the number you need.
here are my settings, seems it is already set to "1"
print.printer_Brother_Laser_Type1_Class_Driver.print_paper_data;1
Are you printing a PDF? I just noticed there were no headers/footers on your image and the layout looks like a booklet (given the page numbering). It's probably better to print PDFs from a stand-alone PDF program than from Firefox's built-in viewer.
For web pages, if your about:config list of printer settings shows normal margins and no special paper size, it's hard to explain why Firefox wouldn't use the whole sheet.
prints .pdf's just fine....in order to get a full page printout when using firefox browser, I have to save everything as a .pdf....here are my paper sizes.....very weird... but it works fine in Chrome so I have to assume there is something in firefox causing the problem
print.printer_Brother_Laser_Type1_Class_Driver.print_paper_height; 11.00
print.printer_Brother_Laser_Type1_Class_Driver.print_paper_width; 8.50
