Kaspersky Safe Money doesn't open protected browser on Version 61

When I open certain links I have picked, such as my banking site, it used to open Kaspersky Safe Money as a separate Protected Browser window, After upgrading to Version 61, it no longer opens that window. I can manually start Safe Money and open the window that way.

Any ideas?

Also what does the Kaspersky forum have to say about setting it up ?
