Hi, I often use the "Take a screenshot" feature, but I have noticed that it does not work on some sites. For example, when I try it on https://www.thetrainline.com/ , nothing happens after I click the button "take a screenshot". What is the cause of this? Is it a problem with the site itself or with Firefox? Thank you!

That's strange, I don't know why it doesn't respond on that site.

Personally I use a "one-click" add-on for my full-page screenshots because it has a lot of configuration options (image formats, file names, etc.) so you could consider something like this as a backup for when the built-in one doesn't work as expected:

With Windows, you can also:

Taking a Screenshot;
Windows > Start > search box > Snip. Select Snipping Tool.
Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
Save the picture(s) to your desktop. Press the Reply button.
Then press the Add images; Browse button.

The screenshot feature in the developer tools works for me, both a full page screenshot and for a node.

When I go to thetrainline site, I also cannot get the Page actions 'Take a screen shot' to work.

In addition to the methods mentioned by FredMcD and Cor-el,

there is an add-on (Nimbus Screen Capture) that can capture all or any part of a webpage.
It does work on that site. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nimbus-screenshot/

The Windows 'Prtscr' button will copy an image to the clipboard and you can load it into your favorite image handler. However, it only copies the visible portion of the page.
