Well, did you include your email address in your profile hidden or unhidden won't make any difference it is to let you know that you got a reply. Live chat has very few volunteers, so what do you expect from that. Use the newsgroups or use this web forum to ask questions.

I read your reply, and in all honesty, I have no idea how that helps me. Now, THIS post was not a question, but an attempt to see if I could get anyone's attention. Because I did post questions before and nothing happened.

Volunteers or not, whomever is supposed to answer, SHOULD and do so wisely.

Actually, I have found that the help page is so busy, that it is really hard to figure out where to go, or where to ask or how any of it works.

Perhaps nobody has answered your questions because they've not experienced the problem that you describe. Perhaps the question is too vague to answer. How do you make the problem happen -- will anybody be able to duplicate the problem with the steps that you describe and will it be consistent in what happens.
