Background blinds by white color

There is problem with letter that was opened in new tab. After deleting of letter a background blinks by white color. Also white background blinds me if I open a letter in new tab. It's stressful for eyes. How fix that?

Hm... I found a some solution: https://support.mozilla.org/ru/questions/1152702; and there is the same problem in other places: any new window of Thunderbird. For example: Tools, Settings and other windows that are possible to open there. But, how can I intervene in user interface to create a more optimal solution?

Are you using the default Windows theme? Try that and check if the colors are OK.

I'm not sure you understood the question right. OS is Windows 7, yeah, default theme. I use a custom dark theme for Thunderbird. There is no more issue with background of mails, but white still blinks when new window of Thunderbird opens.

Which custom theme are you using? That's an important detail.

It would help if you could also provide a screenshot - make sure it doesn't include personal information.
