Roboform no longer works with Firefox 3.6.2 -- what do I have to do?

I reinstalled Firefox 3.6.2 due to HDD crash when I lost all my software. My Roboform used to work just fine with Firefox before the crash. I already paid Roboform for my software but I do NOT have an account nor a password. What is going on!!??? HELP Laverne P.S. I also tried FF 3.6.10 and 3.6.9 -- same problem

Please contact Roboform for support, especially since you are a paying customer.

Roboform seems to have at least two different programs available now and I suspect that you installed the wrong Firefox extension for the "paid" version of their software.

I think this extension - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/750/ - is what goes with their "paid" service.
