very slow and getting started page won't go away
every time i upgrade firefox, the getting started page always loads at startup, and it loads very slow. one update got rid of these problems, but since the last update, it's back. getting very annoying. how do i keep the getting started page from loading every time i open firefox????

thanks, but i've already tried these. several times. so i updated again, the getting started tab did go away, but now the "welcome to firefox/hooray! your firefox has been updated" tab keeps coming up. and it still makes it load slow. a little faster, but not by much. in options, my homepage is set to yahoo, no "|" symbols. the home page is set and comes up along with the welcome page. so, i have two tabs that open at the same time. and my preferences are saved. any more suggestions?
