I sometime get a diamon shape that zooms the page up or down, it's uncontrolable. I can't fix it once it's too small or too large.

I'm moving the courser around the page. I sometimes get a diamond shape that makes the page go smaller or larger. Once the size has changed, I don't know how to fix it. I also sometimes get a small rectangle that makes the page go up & down when I don't want the page to move. Sometimes the scroll bar doesn't go down the page, but flips back to the top of the page.
