When you right-click a link, Save Link As..., it's possible to save it as an htm file, but that format will contain just the text of the page with no graphics.

To save text and graphics, you would have to open the link in a browser, and then (in FF) right-click the page, Save Page As... and select Save as type: Web page, complete.
