I spent an hour searching for this version of Firefox. Most downloads don't give a choice on what version you will get. It just forces you to blindly click "download" without providing an option on the version. Also, this version did not seem to appear in the "all" downloads section (listing of languages and various versions of Firefox). Please tell me how I can download 32-bit Firefox on 64-bit Windows (WOW 64). Thank you.

Select from the Windows column, to the right of Windows 64-bit.

That is the standard download for both Windows 32 and Window 64. However if you look at the all section you will see for both Windows and Linux that you do get to choose either 32 or 64 bit versions.
