Hi! I'm currently running Firefox on Ubuntu. Since, 90% of my saved passwords were done on Chrome browser on my smartphone, I wish to import it to Firefox. To do so, I downloaded Chromium browser and logged in with my Google account so my saved passwords could be synced to it. Now, when I run the import wizard on Firefox, I get the message No program that contain bookmarks, history or password data could be found. This basically means that either Firefox's import wizard cannot find Chromium on Linux or Chromium isn't supported. It could also mean a technical issue I'm not aware of.

Kindly assist. Thanks!

Can you export the logins in Google Chrome to a CSV file ?

You can possibly use the Firefox Beta/DE (80) build or a Nightly build (81) to import logins from a CSV file.
This CSV import feature is only enabled by default in Nightly build.
In Firefox 80 you need to set signon.management.page.fileImport.enabled = true on the about:config page.
