Unable to download attachments from the website ensap.gouv.fr
I am unable to download attachments from the French government website ensap.gouv.fr. With Microsoft Edge, it works perfectly. Do you know a solution for Firefox?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?
Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link}
(There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a download manager.
This download manager works separately from the browser.
The browser tells it what to download, and off it goes.
http://www.freedownloadmanager.org It is a powerful modern download accelerator and organizer for Windows and Mac.
Hello, The browser tells which attachments to download but when I click on those attachment links, nothing happens. There is no error message. I Visited the Mozilla add-ons web page before asking my question. There is nothing on this subject. I am working with Windows 10. On the other hand, it runs well with Microsoft Edge.

Try using the right-click.

Did you search for download managers?

Hello I tried the right click: without effect. I tried to restart Firefox in Safe mode and to switch to the DEFAULT theme: without effect. I looked in the download library, the download history where I can see files downloaded from websites other than ensap.gouv.fr. The files which should come from ensap.gouv.fr are not there. I saw on the Microsoft Edge browser (which works well) that the files to download are PDF files.
Thank you for your help but this bug is sad for Firefox.
What happens if you try to download the PDF attachments via "Save Link As" in the right-click context menu or via a left-click ? What kind of content (MIME) type does Firefox show in the download dialog and what choices do you have ? Does Firefox identify the file as a PDF file ?
In most cases Firefox can offer to open the file in a Firefox tab and allow to save the file this way.
You can possibly check the Web Console and Network Monitor for possible error messages.
Hello When I left click on an attachment link, nothing happens. When I right click on an attachment link, a contextual menu opens. In this menu: - If I choose, 'Open the link in a new tab', I return to my identification as when opening the website (identity and password); - If I choose, 'Save link target as', a html file is saved in the download folder. A double click on this html file opens a window and a search for opening the file for a few seconds and nothing more; - if I choose 'Copy the link', then I paste the link in a new Firefox window and I return to my identification as when opening the website (identity and password); Link exemple: https://ensap.gouv.fr/web/remunerationpaie/2021; -if I choose 'Bookmark on the link', a bookmark is displayed in the list of bookmarks. A double click on this bookmark opens and closes a window in one second. Bookmark properties exemple: Name: Février 2021 2021_02_BP_fevrier.pdf (PDF, 25 Ko) 110,33 €; Address: https://ensap.gouv.fr/web/remunerationpaie/2021. You may notice that PDF appears in the bookmark's name.
