Different page size across different platforms: laptop vs. PC?
I'm logged in to my Firefox account, I visit (for example) ESPN.com on my PC. I adjust the size to fit my PC screen, then when I visit the same site on my laptop the website doesn't look right so I have to size down, but then when I visit on my PC I have to size up again etc etc etc.
I want to individualize the size of webpages, how do I do that?

That sounds more like GPU issues of scaling. Are you sure your resolution is set to correct resolution for Desktop and Laptop screens?

I would say it has to with improper syncing. I'm not syncing "settings" so why is Firefox re-sizing my webpages across platforms?
Firefox doesn't resize screen that are native to each screen would change the windows sizes when open on different platforms. You need to check each video settings for each monitor to insure they are Native resolution to use them correctly. The size will be different across different screen as native resolution are different from one screen to another. You can drag and resize for each monitor but that needs to match the "native" monitor resolution to be able to read and use the screen.

Well, I would still argue it has something to do with sync since, if I recall correctly, I don't have the same problem if I'm not logged in on my Firefox account.
Anyways, I found a solution with this extension: Zoom Page WE.
How did you previously compensate to make the appearance the same? Full page zoom or changing the page width or otherwise? Is the Windows DPI setting the same on both platforms?
Well, I would go to ESPN on my laptop, for example, hit "Control" plus "+" until I liked how the page look and done.
Then when surfing ESPN on my desktop the page would look "too small", with "unfilled space" on the edges so I would use "Control" plus "+" until reaching a comfortable fit.
Then if I went back to the laptop it would look "bloated", "too big" so I would use "Control" plus "-" to set the page again. Rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat for eternity.
