Are you able to attach a screenshot and say what error message you got ?

Are you using the correct link ?

When I click to add an attachment the "File Upload Box" appears. One Drive is shown. However, when I click on it, none of my files appear. I know they are in One Drive because I can access them directly.

If the problem is only with your webmail, and that is giving an upload box but not then displaying files, then as long as the link is correct you need to take that up with the support site of your webmail service.

What happens if you attempt to upload and attach files from another source such as from the Desktop of your PC does that work?

What about if you try to attach a picture file from your PC's desktop to this forum. (Try using a small compressed file e.g. a .png file - use Windows snipping tool and try to attach a screenshot of this forum for instance).

That at least proves Firefox is working to attach files.

Even when I attempt to do a "save as" in Excel/Word and click on browse, the files appear in "quick access". When I attempt to click on OneDrive, nothing appears. Thanks!

Firefox is able to see files on your computer, but normally you would use the Windows File Explorer to look for files. When Firefox tries to attach a file it allows you to access the File Picker of Windows File Explorer.

Perhaps you need more help or advice on using Windows and OneDrive. Many sites offer help for instance
