Didn't Firefox PC browser used to have a setting to shift focus to any text entry box, such as to authenticate to LastPass add-on?
I use LastPass for logins and form fills, and it seems that when the enter password box opened it used to switch focus to the text entry field. Now I have to click in the box to change the focus, and I can no longer find a setting in Firefox or LastPass which will fix this problem.

By default, every browser highlights the active intractable element. But sometimes, web developers, suppress it, which creates the problem.

You can press the Tab key to move to the next element.

Thanks cor-el, but what I am saying is that it used to automatically go to the text entry box without any action. This seems the most logical thing to do, why would I open the box other than to enter the password? No reason I can think of. It is very possible this is the fault of the developer, i.e. LastPass.
