please block mcafee as if it is virus
Users know that Mcafee is a virus and it seem to be in bed with Adobe. How can Firefox block all infections from Mcafee?

McAfee is not a virus
Sorry, but it is up to the user to fully read all the information provided when they are downloading software from websites like Adobe, and deselect the "options" that the user doesn't want "shoved" into the download that they actually want.
Adobe Flash has other "extras" that need to be deselected, it's not just McAfee they offer. And there are other websites that have similar schemes, it's not just Adobe.
At worse McAfee might be consider Malware, but as already stated it's not a "virus"; just something they didn't want and failed to deselect due to their haste and not reading very pertinent information in their haste to "get on with life". These clowns count on that to happen; you just gotta be smart enough to read and not do what they count on naive users doing.
Hi MCAFEEisaVirus :-)
"How can Firefox block all infections from Mcafee?" <--- the answer is unfortunately Firefox can't do this.
I recommend, based on my personal experience with three Windows 10 machines, is to uninstall and remove all traces of Antivirus software like Mcafee and to use Windows Defender instead.
However I am not an expert in malware and antivirus software and there's probably a nuance or two that I am missing.
Cheers and good luck!

When you download Flash Player (for Windows) from https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ make sure the Optional Offers is unchecked before you click on the yellow button to download.
Linux and Mac users do not get any optional offers on Flash download.
