In the Copies and Folders section of Tools/Account Settings for the gmail account, uncheck 'Place a copy in', as gmail accounts automatically copy sent messages to the Sent folder.

Where to change these setting ?, in thunderbird or gmail same account is configured on thunderbird and gmail. The problem is when sending from company account config on gmail then it shows body text twice in thunderbird sent folder for same account.
Change the setting in Thunderbird under Tools/Account Settings for the gmail account, Copies & Folders.

If I uncheck that In thunderbird then no copy of my sent mail will be saved on thunderbird this would also be a problem.
For any gmail account, or any account sending through the gmail smtp server, sent messages will be automatically copied to the Sent folder. So, to avoid duplicates, uncheck the setting in Copies & Folders.
