Enter about:sync-log in the URL bar and check, it there any recent error files.

Did you possibly reset the password of this Firefox Account as that would have reset all data stored on the Sync server ?

I have discovered that the company I work at is blocking the connection to Firefox Sync service. Is there a way to sync to a pendrive?

I did this about:sync-log and saw that ever sync attempt had an error code. I recently refreshed my desktop firefox browser and all my logins were deleted. They are still on my mobile phone firefox. I even set up lockwise app on my phone. I cannot get my logins back on my desktop. Why? What can I do?
