Thunderbird NOT DOWNLOADING from Email Server
Dear Mozilla Volunteers --
I have been using Thunderbird as my email system for 10+ years. Two days ago, it appeared Thurnderbird was stalling on a download. I have restarted Thunderbird, I have restarted my computer, and I have restarted Thunderbird in safe mode. The result is the same. The blue circle in the upper left spins, but I have no access to my email. Please advise me.

Do you have the ESET security?
Yes. I have been using ESET Software for about the last two years. This problem only started last week (29 November). Is the security software the problem? How do I fix it?
