I feel like this is such a silly questions but for the life of me I cannot find the answer. The first time I opened the browser console (Ctrl+Shft+J) it was docked to the bottom of the webpage I was viewing. For some reason it has undocked itself and opens in a new window every time I open it now.

How do I get the browser console to dock at the bottom of the page again?

Note that this is saved in the devtools.toolbox.host pref (window, bottom) that gets changed accordingly if you click those toolbar buttons.

It's possible the one you saw before was the Web Console (Ctrl+Shift+k) which is docked by default. On that one, there are a couple of icons on the right side to re-dock either on the bottom or side of the tab content.

I don't know whether it is possible to dock the Browser Console.
