My original junk mail folder works very well but after an update I have also another junk mail folder where Thunderbird puts some emails and marks them [Suspected spam]emailheadline. These emails cannot be marked as non junk email and the folder can't be removed. If i move them to the inbox they keep their "suspected spam" classification. Very annoying.

If you are seeing the word spam attached to the message then Thunderbird is not doing this. Thunderbird uses the word Junk to be different from the antispam and antivirus software processes. Your provider might also do spam filtering especially if you are seeing a new folder with the word spam attached.

Thanks, I'll look into that.

That sounds like spamassassin. they use the subject label [suspected spam] Either your running the program or your mail provider is.
