Hey guys,

So I've got a HTML template that I would love to use for my email. Thing is, the images aren't being displayed in Outlook. However, in thunderbird the images are displayed fine. I would like to use this template for my business but I'm a bit worried clients will see empty boxes instead :/ Any help or advice would be highly appreciated,

Regards.

If things work fine in Thunderbird, you need to work out why they do not display in Outlook. I really have no idea about outlook as I use Thunderbird. The same can probably be said about all the other that frequent this forum.

The best I can suggest is this. https://www.campaignmonitor.com/css/ and this https://www.campaignmonitor.com/blog/email-marketing/2013/08/support-for-html-5-elements-in-email/ or even http://kb.mailchimp.com/campaigns/design/limitations-of-html-email or https://templates.mailchimp.com/resources/email-client-css-support/

Those guys make a living with email campaigns to they know what is supported in what better than just about anyone.

This just happened today after I restarted my computer. Most of the emails I'm opening are coming up in gibberish! And what few links I can find in them- when clicked- says there's no server. What happened?! I'm afraid to open anything else.
