I can not authenticate on the firefox support site
I can not authenticate on the firefox support site. I just registered for a problem that I have with the latest version and there is no way to accept the password. I have reset the password 5 times already and I always receive the same message:
'Please enter a correct username and password. Note that both fields are case-sensitive.'
The reset form gives me the following message: 'Password successfully reset.' But in spite of that I can not authenticate myself.
I had to use a temporary email service to be able to create this question since my email account is already used and I can not find a contact to write it directly. If you answer and have no answer from me it is that I can not authenticate myself to answer.

Hi, sorry having issues on authenticate. Would be nice to know what is not authenticating as you did not say. I suspect it is Sync but am not sure. This is all I have on Sync :

There is contact info in this and yes do have to create a account and wait : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/forum-response-firefox-sync-verification-email-faq If email is being rejected then may have to use a online email. Yahoo provides disposable ones once make a account. Am sure others also. If you contact here and a email is sent to you it must be acted on before 24hrs if not sooner.
You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if there are recent error logs available. You can upload a recent log if the log is too big to put in a reply.
