On the web site https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-thunderbird-stores-user-data, in the section "Backing up a profile", the instructions say: - Shut down Thunderbird. - Locate your profile folder, as explained above. - Go to one level above your profile's folder, i.e. to %APPDATA%\Thunderbird\Profiles\ - Right-click on your profile folder (e.g. xxxxxxxx.default), and select Copy.

If I "go to one level above" I cannot "right-click on your profile folder". Confusing.

In order to make a backup copy of my Profile, should I copy the "Profile" folder or copy the "wf4j06jp.default" folder?

Copy of "wf4j06jp.default" is OK (if there's only one folder in Profiles).
