I knows several languages and are trying to switch the display language between them. Is there anyway to switch that?

For example, in Firefox: Options -> General -> Language, where you can change it and restart the program to change the display language.

Is there some similar thing in Thunderbird?

If you want to switch between different languages for the menus and interface items, the usual method is to install language packs. For TB 60, this requires a bit of tinkering with Config. editor, but it does work:
