Installed OneNote Clipper extension. It is enabled. However, I cannot locate the OneNote Clipper Icon on the toolbar, or beside the URL or anywhere I have looked.

Thanks for the screenshots - no I don't see it either. But I can see in your System Details, that you have the OneNote Clipper Plugin AND it seems, the Extension on Firefox. Having both may be causing a conflict.

Note that the Plugin will be installed in your PCs programs, and Firefox has recognized it (see 3-bar menu Addons > Plugins). The Extension will have been installed on Firefox itself. Try disabling or removing the Extension, then restart Firefox and have another look for the icon; just a thought - it may be in the 3-bar menu.

Hi, if you have a 'More tools' button (>>) at the right hand end of your toolbar, click it and see if the missing icon is there. If it is, and you want to move it to the toolbar, click on Customize Toolbar and drag it to where you want it. If it isn't there; in Customize mode, you may see it on the left, from where you can drag it to the toolbar.

If you don't have the More tools (>>) button, open the 3-bar menu > Customize. In all cases click on Done to save changes.

If the icon still isn't there, and you haven't already, try restarting Firefox.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please help other users by marking the best reply as Solved. Thank you!

Still cannot find the OneNote Clipper Icon. I have followed your steps several times. Also, had someone else follow them over my shoulder. I have restarted Firefox multiple times. I may be looking right at the Icon and not seeing it. However, I have it working fine in Chrome, Edge and IE. Oh by the way, I am running win10.

I have attached a screen shot of: my Firefox (firefox1.png). What I see when I click customize (firefox2.png) What I see on the OneNote Clipper in extensions (firefox3.png)

Your help is appreciated. What else should I check?

I removed the extension from Firefox. Closed and reopened. Still no clipper. I had to reboot my computer for something else. Now the clipper shows up. Thanks for the help.
