I love reader view, but sometimes it does not love me: I follow a link to open an article, determined that the font size is smaller than I am comfortable reading, wait for the reader view icon to appear, touch it, and sometimes I get a nice reader view, and sometimes the reader view icon disappears and does not reappear and there is no change in the page I am viewing. If I refresh, sometimes the reader view icon comes back, and sometimes it does not.

When it does not come back and no reader to review page loads, does that simply mean that firefox was wrong to offer me the reader view icon in the first place?

Still having this problem. It looks like reader view can be forced back as an option by the desktop app, but the iOS version does not have this feature. More than once I have determined reader view is available for the desktop app for an article on a website, and for other articles on iOS version of the website, but I cannot see the icon popping up as expected on the menu bar of the iOS version of that same page for that same article. But sometimes if I open a new private window I can get it back--for that same page.

This has to be a firefox iOS bug.

It is persisting through multiple updates to iOS & I presume to FF app (my iPhone 12mini is autoupdating so I don't keep track of how many changes).

Please fix!
