I Found a bug in your newly released 5.0. I decided to pin my gmail as an app tab in the browser. If I use Ctrl +N to open a new browser window it does not carry over the app tab. Part 2 of this bug is that if you Ctrl + N to open a new browser window and you close the original window then the app tab setting is lost and the next time you open Firefox you need to set up a new app tab.

Appears to work for me.

I had a window with 8 app-tabs probably has closed rest of tabs. Opened a new window like you indicated.

  - It a new window app-tabs should not be repeated working as expected

Closed first window, with extra tab added as a spotter Closed second window Restarted Firefox, came up with window Restored last session from History Restored closed window from History Restored closed window from History

If I were going to the test over I'd note the tabs count in each window and know exactly what the are. I did not lose anything and was so sure of that I did it in the middle of this reply (near the top), and this was the first window I closed with 8 app-tabs, didn't create any app-tabs in the other windows. If you want to make a more complete test with numbered files (also install a tab counter)

Ok,

I installed the tab counter which said i had 2 tabs opens (1 app tab and 1 Google.com) i ctrl -n to open a new page and it went to just 1 tab open. Closed the first browser window and then the second. Reopened Firefox and it said 1 tab was open. clicked the restore last session button and it brought up the google.com page but again only had 1 tab open.
