On many web sites when trying to watch a video I get a message saying it is not available, but I can watch it if using Internet Explorer. How do I solve this issue?
I was able to watch videos such as CBS/60 minutes shows. Now, when I click on the video, I get a message stating that the video is unavailable. However, if I use Internet Explorer I can watch the video. Actually I can watch any video in any web site that I cannot longer watch using Firefox. Since I don't trust Internet Explorer, I wish you could find a solution to this issue, so I can continue using Firefox. Thank you

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I appreciate very much your input. I have now learned to clear the cache and remove cookies. I have also restarted Firefox in Safe mode. Unfortunately, the problem still there. Another example: I went to New York Times home page and I clicked on the 2 videos shown on the page of today's news. I get a similar message "The video you are trying to watch is currently unavailable". (I even subscribed to NYT online, but I have the same result). Then, I used the Internet Explorer browser and I can watch them both!!! very extrange thank you for looking into this...
