Online with bank for old statement. Required update of acrobat. Did it. Tried again - message mandatory update required came up. Selected download and message came up - update failed. Tried several times. Went to Safari and could downloaded all PDF docs. What have I managed to do now?

Hi Infiii,

Have you looked at the View PDF files using Firefox’s built-in viewer Knowledge Base article? There is a lot of useful information in there. It actually lists two different plugins to try for opening PDF files. I'd try both of them just to be safe.
