Lately,I find that Roboform's right click menu is missing the "fill forms" and "save forms" options when running Firefox in the Sandboxie sandboxing program.Funny thing is,Roboform works fine in the sandboxed IE browser. As well,Roboform works normally in an unsandboxed FF browser. I have contacted both Roboform and Sandboxie tech support who so far cannot provide an answer.I am posting this in hopes that someone else has had this issue and has a solution. Thanks!

I'm not familiar with how Sandboxie works with Firefox, but it appears that Roboform's data files are located outside of the Firefox settings (profile) folder. Is it possible that you need to make an exception in Sandboxie to allow the Roboform add-on to access its data files, or possibly the add-on itself?

Edit: For what it's worth, I noticed that the "Print pages to PDF" add-on also is missing from your context menu.

The administrator at Sandboxie has been working on this problem with me,and did suggest enabling the compatibility option for Roboform.I never noticed the menu item Print pages to PDF missing-thanks. Update: "Print pages to PDF" is back in the sandboxed FF! I am paying for Roboform,so I am hoping they can find a fix-they have asked for my patience while their testers work on it.I will post what they suggest if it works.

Okay,I got an answer from Roboform, but it doesn't help:

Roman B replied (2012/07/02 08:19 am EDT): Hello, thanks for your reply and sorry for any delays. Please notice RoboForm may not work in a browser that runs under Sandboxie as RoboForm requires to have access to local data. Please notice as well we can do nothing with it as RoboForm cannot take control over Sandboxie or any other applications, boxed or not, regardless. So the issue you encounter can be only fixed with tuning up Sandboxie settings to make RoboForm a trusted application or alike. Thanks for using RoboForm and sorry for your inconvenience.

Maybe following will help: Sandboxie Control->Sandbox->Sandbox Settings->Resource Access, then select File Access->Full Access. In the right window panel "Full File Access (OpenPipePath)" click on the ADD button, 2nd one. Browse to and add the folder where Roboform is saving the .rfp files.

Any .rfp files are now saved directly to that folder, instead of being saved in the \Sandbox\User-folder (It does with me)

Good luck.
