I have copied and pasted the crash reports below. I have updated to the latest version of FF and it is still happening. I am printing the document to Adobe PDF.

Thanks!

Please do the following and let me know the results:

  1. Create a new testing profile for Firefox, then try to print from there. If it works, let me know, if not, I'd like to see the crash id from that profile. Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles. If Firefox does not crash, it's a problem in your profile so we'll have to dig into that.
  2. Update Adobe Reader and the other Plugins you have installed. You can use http://ninite.com/flash-java-picasa-reader-shockwave/ninite.exe to do this easily with one installer. Test again after the update.
  3. Install every available update for Windows. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/help/windows-update

After doing this, let me know if Firefox still crashes.

It seems to be working now. I installed all of the updates and created a testing profile. It did not crash on the testing profile or the default.

Thank you so much!!!
