All emails that are seen by Mail Washer or remotely on my server are not showing up when I open Thunderbird. In particular they are from XXX@service.govdelivery.com, where XXX is various government sources; VA or other related sites. Have insured that none of them are on any filter or black list of any kind. Have added each address individually as good and also the domain as good. Yet, I see them on the server and in Mail Washer but they never show up in Thunderbird. Any ideas?

What Anti-virus/Firewall are you using? Suggest you stop email scanning option and retest.

Will try that next time an email from that domain shows up and report back on the results. Thanks for the input.

Okay, just got two more emails from XXX@service.govdelivery.com and they both showed up in my Mail Washer program and when I checked I could see them remotely from service provider. Neither one showed up in Thunderbird. Had virus detection and firewall off to test. Same results with and without. It seems that it is only from the one domain. Even ensured that the Junk Settings were turned off in Thunderbird. All other sources show them as good, no spam, no black list, etc. Only Thunderbird seems not to like the domain. Got me confused at this point.

Have continued to check this problem. Nothing has changed. I can receive email from everything but that domain. I can find no reason why that domain is not showing up in Thunderbird. Any help that anyone can provide would be appreciated. Would really like the email from this source to be available to me via Thunderbird.
