Bad news, identified as a Trojan Downloader

Can also scan with this company with a free version, is reliable. Can not scan enough. Page shows the Registry Locations and other files associated to it.

HI, no information on your Extensions.

The issue is probably your Security Software : Kingsoft Web-Protection Module for Kingsoft Internet Security as what is crashing is kisfdpro64.dll which is part of Kingsoft.,

Suggest stick with major companies, Uninstall Reinstall it. If continues to crash that will be the reason.

Thanks for the quick reply. Very helpful. Could you give me some pointers please to uninstall the Kingsoft software, I've searched and can't find it, its not in the 'Add or Remove' app function. Again, many thanks.

That is puzzling if is not there. You have not said you did or did not have it installed at one time.

File belongs to : kisfdpro64.dll (Kingsoft Internet Security by Beijing Kingsoft Security software Co) with several versions of it.

Process Module - kisfdpro64.dll is loaded as a .Net assembly module within the process explorer.exe (Windows Explorer by Microsoft Corporation). (An assembly is a logical unit of functionality that runs under the control of the .NET common language runtime CLR.)

Note : year maybe off or current Typical file (disk image) location: C:\Program Files\kingsoft\kingsoft duba2013\kisfdpro64.dll

Please give self a scan as this is rather puzzling https://www.malwarebytes.com/

See if you can search for the File with Windows Search or if it is in the location mentioned.
