I am connected to my yahoo and gmail accounts. A couple of days ago I deleted all mails in my gmail allmail folder. The next day all my emails from gmail and yahoo had gone, including my fairemail account on my my mobile app. I contacted yahoo to get my mails recovered but they only recovered emails up to 2022. I have read in older support questions that everything should still be in my local folder, but when I follow the instructions the profile folders don't have the correct names. Can you advise me how to recover my emails from my local folder. I am using Windows 10. I am interested mainly in recovering my yahoo.mails. I'm not really bothered about the gmails. Thank you in advance

Lets see, you deleted you mail and are not trying to recover it. Is that the situation?

Account folder names appear at the bottom of the server settings in account settings. As folders names are dynamic and no two installs have the same name generally as the path includes a random string you are not going to find a tutorial that tells you open a folder named anything specific that will not fail.

There "may be deleted mail in the local disk (not the local folder) that can be recovered through the use of a text editor. But you are not going to find your mail in a form you can just use.
