I opened my Thunderbird email account a couple of days ago & it opened as though it was a new account, I couldn't find any mention of my old account & had to create a new inbox to get into it. Once in all my old emails & saved email folders had vanished. By locating the memory files for my old email folders I was able to copy & paste them into the current operating system & be able to view them in the Thunderbird program but I now had two inboxes which currently, as a "Unified Folder" both receive new emails (or don't sometimes), which is really confusing & blocks the inboxes up very quickly. I don't seem to be able to get rid of the new inbox & would like to just have one on the go, I would be very glad of any suggestions, Chris.
