Had problems with Mozilla because when latest changes were made to my computer I was no longer able to print, use disk drive or SG drive. Thought I would try internet explorer but it isn't compatible to print labels on ebay. Also got message when printing about needing an app in order to print.

Need to either download new version with fixes for these problems or revert to previous version.

Sorry I posted previous question but don't know where it went. Please help as I can't do anything.

I found the earlier question here: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1164856

Usually you can find all your questions by mousing over your username at the top of pages on this support site and clicking "My Questions".

But more to the point: can you download from the following page? Scroll down to your preferred language:

https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

If you've been running the standard 32-bit Firefox and might want to switch to the 64-bit version instead, please see this article: How to switch from 32-bit to 64-bit Firefox.

Hmm, your IE11 identified itself with this additional information:

Tablet PC 2.0

(You can see that under Question Details to the right of your question, then More System Details.)

I'm not sure if Firefox will behave normally when Windows has "tablet mode" enabled, but let's get Firefox reinstalled first and then address that issue if it still behaves oddly.
