I am trying to log in to my Firefox account to get help with a problem. Screen says that either 'email or password is incorrect and that a confirmation email has been sent'. I've checked trash folder. I am not receiving the confirmation email. I need help. The underlying problem and reason for my need to contact support is as follows: A couple of weeks ago, I lost the ability to 'click' the "email" prompt in a newspaper article to forward same to a friend. Also, I can not play 'video' in a newspaper article anymore. The action of clicking the mouse is not doing anything in these two situations. I first realized a problem when I tried to click on "contacts" in Gmail using Firefox and the click action did nothing. I then tried with 'Chrome' and had no trouble. Can anyone give any suggestions, please?

I would try Safe Mode for the other issues you are seeing. I think it may be due to a customization in your profile.

However, for the sync account issue, it sounds like you may be having some issues with potentially blocking or marking accounts@firefox.com as spam.
