Is there a way to load an already created signature html file in signature text? I've created a company HTML signature file with our logo, social media buttons, prmo banners and disclaimer.

Our issue is that we have several users who use the company signature file but every time they compose an email they keep having the add Kind regards, name, job tile which is a pain when we are writing 40-60 emails daily.

I need to set every one up so that everything loads up together but cannot find a way to do it. I could create a signature file for each user but when we change promo banners I have to change them for all the users signature files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HTML files created in office product and dreamweaver in particular are generally not suitable for signatures. The office document data tends to trigger spam filters and anti virus products and dreamweaver as well as other html authoring tools create HTML that generally does not render in mail consistently.

You will note in the article we recommend you use the Thunderbird mail composer. This is not the best HTML, but it is also least likely to cause unexpected problems.
