When I click on the download boxes to get AKP files, the Firefox shows me "download failed" massage. I didn't have any problem with Chrome before until I installed Firefox.

I am sorry, but I do not recognize that file type. If you use a file manager app on your device and navigate to the downloads folder on your device, do you see your files?
