I set up filters to block unwanted spam emails but one particular sender keeps getting through. I can't even delete their emails manually from the filter box. And of course this sender is the worst of them all. I get from 5 to 15 emails per day from this sender, sometimes more. In case you're wondering, the addy is support@edwin.co.in Any ideas?

Thanks, Robby

If all the emails have the same from address I would expect a filter to delete mail from that address. Or does your filter contain lots of from addresses.

All the emails are ads for products but they all have the same email address. Here are 3 examples:

Keranique - #1 Hair Regrowth Solution <support@edwin.co.in>

Miracle Drop Pure CBD. <support@edwin.co.in>

LumiGuard Floodlights. <support@edwin.co.in>

I tried to add a filter for support@edwin.co.in but it doesn't work. Also, I have clicked on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails at least a dozen times but that hasn't worked either.

Try a more general filter such as From + contains + edwin or From + ends with + edwin.co.in>

Check the message source (Ctrl+U) to make sure the sending address is actually in the From: header. It would be a very dumb spammer who put the actual address in the From header (but not impossible).
