I need help displaying my Statements from my Bank that I access using Fire Fox as my Browser. Can you help me?

Hi derock, what is going wrong with viewing statements? For example:

• When clicking the link, nothing happens at all
• When clicking the link, a new tab opens but it's blank
• When clicking the link, an error message is displayed
• Something else...

Thanks for any additional insight you can provide.

Also, statements usually are in a PDF format. Does your Firefox have problems with other PDF documents?
