I have been using Google for my home page. Google has gone to Google +. I am not interested. When I open my Google Home page, blank of course, on my HP laptop, Win7, I do not see the orange tab at the left top that lets me do 'good stuff'. On my desk top, Win XP, I still see the orange tab. Why is this different? I really need that Orange tab a the top left. It is the portal to many features I use. Thank you!

Please ensure that you do not have the menu bar enabled.
This can be done by:

  1. Right clicking in an empty tab bar area
  2. Unchecking menu bar from the drop-down

You are referring to the Firefox button, correct?

Thank you so much for your suggestion. I woke up at 3:00 am and that really bugged me, so I finally found an area to click, and discovered I had accidentally hit the 'full screen' button. It is next to the +/- for text. Given how Google is messing around, I erroneously suspected them. Anyhow I will remember that. Yes, it is Firefox. Thanks again. Rita
