Hello,
I'm having a problem with Firefox: it crashes all the time. Here's the two last crash reports:
bp-172c899f-5e3f-49bd-a2c1-3058b2150411 11/04/2015 11:24 bp-9d6582d8-3214-4855-8800-6e9372150411 11/04/2015 10:59
I really like firefox and I hope I won't have to move to another browser.
Thank you in advance.

What were you doing at the time?
Please post the crash reports for the last 5 days.
Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
Hello , the crash is fixed in 38.0 (beta version now, stable release in 12 May 2015) - Bug 1102612
(status-firefox37:wontfix, status-firefox38: fixed)
thank you

I was watching videos on youtube, downloading custom content for the Sims... and that's pretty much it.
My laptop is pretty new (less than 1 month) and this problem appeared right away after installing Firefox for the 1st time. I don't have toolbars. About the antivirus add-on I have Avira Browser Safety. Should I remove it?

I'll try using Firefox in SafeMode to see if the problem persists.
Thank you in advance for your help.

That link to perform a System Check is for W7. Will it work with W8?
I checked the updates, everything is up to date.
