My PNC virtual wallet account will not allow secure log in from Firefox browser. PNC customer support stated this has happened to many customers using Firefox recently. I've contacted PNC Virtual wallet support and this information will be forwarded to their IT support team. Someone from their team is to contact me within 72 hours. I recently updated to Firefox/Mozilla version 93.0. But this was occurring prior to the update. Can you please help fix Firefox with it's better security features so I can use Firefox browser instead of Microsoft Edge?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

FredMcD: this is the message that displays when I try to log in to PNC Virtual Wallet with Firefox.

Please try using another internet browser. If you still receive this message, please call the Customer Care Center at 1-800-762-2035 and reference code: 18.2e472317.1634740955.2119e234

I have cleared the Cache and Cookies with no resolution to the problem. I've always used Firefox to log in and no settings for blocking content have been changed. I have not tried the "Safe Mode" for Firefox yet, I will try that next.

FredMcD I saw on another post that you request a public link to the website. Here it is.

As I don't have an account, all I can do is to open the login page. It seems to load okay, but only someone with an account can check for errors.

Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox {web link}

Remove a single website from your history {web link}

Open the History Manager <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any site settings And Passwords.
